Return Policy
LoftWorks will accept, for return or exchange, items that are purchased off our website within 30 days of the purchase under the following conditions:

  • There are no visible signs of damage

  • All original packaging is intact

  • Any sign of damage will compromise the LoftWorks guarantee

  • Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

Return Shipping (if applicable)

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Processing times between financial institutions may take 2–3 days. If you have not received your refund after this time, please email owen@loftworkspro.com so we can investigate further.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to owen@loftworkspro.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims may not be honored after this period. We use tracking timestamps and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
